Privacy policy

Your name is public. Everything else isn’t.

Effective October 26, 2026

Who we are

Musk2028 is an independent grassroots movement. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Elon Musk, the America Party, America PAC, Tesla, SpaceX, X Corp., xAI, or any campaign. We do not collect money of any kind.

What we collect when you sign

We don’t use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party pixels. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

What is shown publicly

Only your first name, last initial, state (if given), and an X-verified or email-verified badge. Your email, ZIP code, full last name and X username are never shown publicly. Totals on the site are the real count from our database.

How we use it

We never sell or rent your information.

How to remove your signature

Removal permanently deletes your row from our database.

Retention and security

We keep signatures for as long as the petition campaign is active and delete them when it ends. Data is stored in a database on our server; access is limited to the organizers. Exports require an admin key.

Children

The petition is intended for people 13 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from younger children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. We won’t use information you already gave us in a materially different way without asking.
